15 Questions to Understand God's Faithfulness

There is a song that says everyone needs forgiveness, a love that never fails. God is the One whose love never fails, and studying God's faithfulness is essential to fully experiencing that love. Below are questions about God's faithfulness, which relate to the video below, the second in the series on God's faithfulness. These questions are for ABBA HOUSE and anyone who loves God's Word. Watch the video, then answer the questions.

1. Humans are hardwired to expect abandonment and have a hard time conceiving of fidelity. Comment.

2. Why is it difficult for some people to trust God and believe in His faithfulness? Give the reasons given in the message and others you may know.

3. Explain the importance of the renewal of the mind in the knowledge of God. What has been your experience in this regard?

4. God is faithful to fulfill His Word. Explain this dimension of God's faithfulness with supporting Bible verses.

5. What is the context of Jeremiah 1:12, and its impact on Jeremiah and the history of his people? Make a personal application.

6. Explain what the message calls the systematization of salvation. What does this provoke in you?

7. Explain God's faithfulness to forgive. What has been your experience of this?

8. In the context of God's faithfulness to forgive, these two opposing attitudes are considered problematic—arrogance, even rebellion, and an overly emotional attitude. Explain why.

9. Explain God's faithfulness to provide. Give concrete, biblical examples. And what conclusion do you draw from them?

10. God is faithful to deliver and protect. Give concrete examples from the Bible and also personal testimonies. What lessons do you draw from this?

11. Meditate on the prayer of Abraham's servant. What is the great lesson we learn about God's faithfulness?

12. You don't need pity (from humans) you need power. Comment!

13. Your loyalty plus His loyalty is a winning equation. Explain.

14. God is faithful to answer prayers. Explain, with supporting verses.

15. 'God told us to ask because He wants to give.' Comment on this statement and give biblical and personal examples.
