Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to this website and transactions related to our products and services. After account closure, you will not attempt to open a new account without our permission.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a detailed order summary. This confirmation will only be sent if your order has been successfully validated and properly recorded by Beautiful Books. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way to delivery. This message will include the tracking ID (package number), allowing you to track the progress of your order in real time. Any validated order can no longer be modified.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you have validated during the process of entering your order on the site www.oliviaoged.com .

If you have multiple delivery addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each one. Shipping and packaging costs will be calculated individually for each order.

Refund and Return Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to terminate this contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of your delivery in accordance with Articles L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code. 

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by email and wait for our response before returning it. Please check your spam folder. You must then return the book or other items, in the original packaging, at your own expense to the address indicated in our confirmation email.

Effects of withdrawal

You must return the goods or hand them over to us or to a person authorized by us to receive the goods, without undue delay. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item if it arrives in new condition. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We will refund the full price of the book or item but not the delivery costs.

You are solely responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please note that there are certain legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal, and therefore some items cannot be returned or exchanged. We will let you know if this applies to your specific case.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:  

• already downloaded audiobooks
• downloaded digital books
• personalized products specially made for you
• books that bear the mark of having been read and handled and can no longer be resold

We or our licensors own and control all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Website and the data, information and other resources displayed or accessible through the Website.
