David understood that God was intervening on his behalf, and we must know this too. He gave an extraordinary description of what God did when He heard his cry for help. And once victory was achieved, he continued to recount in detail what God had done.
We too can write entire texts about what God has done for us. You can exhaust the forces that are arrayed against you by endlessly recounting God's goodness to you.
Also discover the reasons David gives for God's intervention on his behalf. This teaches us a great deal about what allows us to benefit from God's help, but also about God's heart toward us. It's wonderful.
