After repentance, consecration, and intimacy, we can now ask for the fire of God upon our lives. This fire is the fire of glory, power, purification, passion, and it is also the fire of judgment against our enemies. Let us be ablaze for Jesus; He is our sole reason for being. This prayer is based on the series "The Fire of God."
The instructions are the same: we pray for the church, current members and those who will join us, and we pray for ourselves.

1. The fire of His glory
Romans 12:1 New International Version (NIV) 12 I urge you therefore, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God. This is your reasonable service.
Leviticus 6:5-6 5 The fire shall burn on the altar; it shall not go out. Every morning the priest shall kindle wood on it, and arrange the burnt offering, and burn the fat of the peace offerings. 6 The fire shall burn continually on the altar; it shall not go out.
Revelation 3:15-16 15 I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. If only you were cold or hot! 16 So because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of my mouth
Father, in the name of Jesus
- We present our lives to you as a living sacrifice. As fire descended upon the altar, let your fire descend upon us; set us ablaze.
- Fill me again with the Holy Spirit, with the fire of Your presence.
- Make me a man, a woman of fire. I ask you to set me ablaze. May I become totally passionate about you.
- May your fire never go out in our lives
- May all passivity and lukewarmness disappear from our lives.
2. On fire for His projects
Romans 12:11 11 Be diligent, not lazy, but fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.
Romans 12:11 (NIV) 11 – the ardor: do not be lazy;– the Spirit: be eager;– the Lord: be good servants;
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask You
- Give us a passion for what is dear to God's heart
- May Your vision for our lives, for our generation, and for our church become paramount to us.
- May the zeal of Your house consume us

3. The fire of His Word
Jeremiah 23:29 29 Is not my word like fire, declares the LORD, and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?
Father in the name of Jesus
- Make us passionate about Your Word
- Set us ablaze with the fire of Your Word
- Reveal to us Your glory through Your Word
- By Your Word, destroy all resistance in us to Your voice and Your ways.
- By Your Word, destroy all resistance to Your work at ABBA HOUSE.
- By Your Word, crush all resistance when the Gospel is proclaimed
4. Passion for souls
Jeremiah 20:9 9 “If I say, ‘I will not mention him or speak in his name anymore,’ then there is a burning fire in my heart, trapped in my bones. I struggle to hold it in, but I cannot.
Acts 2 2 When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. 2 Suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 There appeared to them cloven tongues like fire, and they sat on each of them. 4 They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Father in the name of Jesus,
- He who is touched by the fire of God has a passion for souls. Give me this passion through Your fire.
- May the good news of Jesus be like fire within us, so that we cannot help but proclaim it. Make us inexhaustible about You.
- May the fire of Your Spirit lead to an extraordinary harvest this year
- Destroy in my life everything that could harm this fire.
5. The fire of judgment, combat and victory
Hebrews 12:29 29 For our God is a consuming fire.
Psalm 18:13-14 9 Smoke rose from his nostrils, and devouring fire came out of his mouth, with burning coals…14 The LORD thundered in heaven; the Most High uttered his voice with hail and coals of fire.15 He sent forth his arrows and scattered my enemies; he multiplied lightnings and routed them…18 He delivered me from my strong adversary, from those who hated me, who were too strong for me.
Isaiah 30:27-30 27 The LORD comes from afar; his anger is fierce and heavy. His lips are full of fury, and his tongue is like a devouring fire. 30 The LORD will utter his voice in his majesty; he will show his arm in fierce anger, with a flame of devouring fire, with a flood, with a tempest, and with hailstones.
Father, in the name of Jesus
- Release Your burning anger against all the forces of darkness that assail our church and our lives, that oppose the mission of ABBA HOUSE and The Theophilic Company.
- We decree that Your fire of judgment be manifested where necessary against the enemies of our destiny. May they be completely scattered.
- May Your consuming fire and burning coals destroy the demonic agents that afflict my life, my family, my church.
- We declare that every constraint, limit, blockage, demonic attack, resistance against ABBA HOUSE is consumed by fire.
- May every chain around my life and my calling be consumed by the fire of God.

- Thank you for the grace to be more and more ardent every day.
