20 Prayers, Prophetic Words: Gain Power and Be Filled with God

In this extraordinary 3P Prayers session, Prophetess Bola explores one of the most powerful prayers in the New Testament: Paul's prayer in Ephesians 3:14-21. This prayer reveals God's heart for every Christian—not a life of constant weakness and defeat, but one where we are “strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner being,” rooted and grounded in the love of Christ, and “filled with all the fullness of God.”

The biblical foundation is Ephesians 3:14-21, where Paul bends his knees (showing the intensity and urgency of his prayer) and asks that believers be strengthened with power, that they understand the breadth, length, depth, and height of Christ's love, and that they be completely inundated with God himself. The session also explores the revelation of the Father as the one who gathers his family—the church is not a collection of disparate individuals but a true spiritual family.

On a prophetic level, several powerful words were released. The session also addressed the critical need for the local church as a family, the danger of isolated Christianity, and how overflowing joy is not the result of our circumstances but of the connection between our heart and the Father's heart. Prophetess Bola shares her personal testimony of transformation—from a weak and fickle young woman to someone powerfully strengthened—as living proof of the effectiveness of these prayers.

This session is for those who want to break free from the spiritual yo-yo, for those who want to be inundated with God, and for those who understand that it is time to move from eternal weakness to the strength of God. It includes a special announcement about the Healing Day planned for November 2, 2025, as part of the “Rafa” teaching series on healing.

PROPHETIC WORDS SECTION

1. Hardened Heart Melting – Healing Fatherly Wounds

Nature: Word of knowledge + inner healing + emotional restoration

Description: During the intercession over the revelation of God as Father, a word concerning a person whose heart was hard, protected by walls of self-protection. In real time, as she prayed, this heart began to melt and soften. The hardness faded, giving way to tenderness. The walls of protection crumbled, allowing the person to take refuge in the arms of the Father, realizing that they are safe, covered, and protected with Him. This person carries the aftereffects of an abusive father, with toxic words continually echoing in their mind.

Foundational Bible Verse: Ezekiel 36:26 – “A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you; and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.”

If this applies to you: Pray now: “Father, I receive this total, complete, and perfect restoration. You are my wonderful and perfect Father. I choose to take refuge in Your arms. All the toxic words that come back to my mind, I reject them in the name of Jesus. I receive Your tenderness, Your protection, Your covering. The walls of self-protection fall. I allow myself to be loved by You, Father. Amen.”

2. Trust in the Father Like Jesus – Prayer of Total Trust

Nature: Prophetic direction + model prayer + spiritual commitment

Description: During the teaching, a prophetic prayer emerged, unexpected and unforeseen. Someone needs to pray this prayer and continually declare it: to entrust their life to the Father as Jesus entrusted his. Jesus' relationship with the Father becomes the model to follow: total trust, rest, assurance, and intimate communion. Placing one's life in the Father's hands is not a risk of losing everything, but a promise of gaining all that is in God's heart.

Foundational Bible Verse: Luke 23:46 – “Jesus cried with a loud voice, ”Father, into your hands I commend my spirit.’ And having said this, he breathed his last.”

If this applies to you: Declare this confession daily: “Father, I commit my existence to You. I trust the Father as Jesus trusted the Father. I commit my life to the Father as Jesus committed His life to the Father. All Your purposes for my life, I accept. Because I trust in You. I live in the same security as Jesus. In Jesus' name. Amen.”

3. Revolt and Rebellion Against God – Call to Humility

Nature: Word of knowledge + call to repentance + relational restoration

Description: A person listens to this session in a state of revolt and rebellion against God. They complain, criticize, and fail to recognize His goodness and His nature as Father. The prayer is that humility will invade this heart, that the revelation of the Father's love will be granted to them, and that all recriminations against Him will disappear. God has not failed; it is humans who have. Satan has attacked life, but God remains a wonderful Father, protector, and the one who gathers His children. sees Him as this loving Father who gathers His children, as the shepherd gathers his sheep and cares for them.

Foundational Bible Verse: James 4:6 – “But he gives more grace. Therefore the Scripture says, ”God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.’”

If this applies to you: Pray in repentance: “Father, I ask Your forgiveness for my rebellion against You, for my complaints, and for not recognizing that You are a true and good Father. I renounce my arrogance toward You. May humility win my heart. I receive the revelation of Your Fatherly heart. You have not failed; You are the One who gathers me, protects me, and cares for me. I hold no grudge against You. In Jesus” name. Amen.”

4. Resistance Like a Child Who Says No – Call to Surrender4.

Nature: Vision + word of correction + ministerial promise

Description: A vision of someone who usually resists God's word, like a child shaking their head and saying "no, no, no." This person is torn inside. The revelation shakes them, but they are so anchored in their own ways that they resist. They have their own ideas and do not want to let go. The call: say YES, surrender, let go, welcome the word of God. If this person allows themselves to be led by the Lord, God will use them wonderfully to teach and bring many into this dimension of revelation.

Foundational Bible Verse: Romans 12:1-2 – “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

If this applies to you, pray now: “Father, I stop resisting. I say YES to Your Word. I say YES to Your will. I surrender my own ideas. I let go. I allow myself to be led by the Holy Spirit. Lead me to think as You wish and to live these things fully. Use my life to teach and lead many to Your revelation. In Jesus” name. Amen.”

To know God as Father

Father, I bow my knees before You, from whom every family in heaven and on earth takes its name. I pray this morning that You will give me the revelation of Your Fatherhood. May I deeply understand that everything I have, everything good I possess, is the fruit of Your goodness and mercy. You are not a distant or neglectful Father. You are the Father who gathers His children, takes them into His shelter, and protects them. Give me this revelation today. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Healing Fatherly Wounds

Blessed be God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Father, I come to You with a wounded heart. Whatever experience I have had with father figures, I recognize today that it is not because of Your failure. The people I have been entrusted to have failed, but You are the wonderful and perfect Father. I receive total, complete, perfect restoration. Let all the toxic words that continually replay in my head disappear. I take refuge in Your arms. With You, I am safe, covered, protected. In Jesus' name. Amen.

End of the revolt against God

Father, I bow down before You in humility. I acknowledge that I have been in a state of revolt and rebellion against You. I have complained, I have grumbled, I have not recognized You as the good and perfect Father that You are. I ask forgiveness for having been arrogant, for not recognizing that You are a Father in truth and goodness. May all recriminations against You disappear from my heart. Humility wins my heart now. I receive the revelation of Your Father's heart. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Trust in the Father like Jesus

Father, I commit my existence to You this morning. I choose to trust You with my life as Jesus trusted You. I trust the Father as Jesus trusted the Father. I commit my life to the Father as Jesus committed His life to the Father. All the purposes You have for my life, I accept, because I trust in You. Putting my life in Your hands is not risking losing everything, it is where I can gain everything, everything that is in Your heart for me. I live in the same security as Jesus. In Jesus' name. Amen.

II. MIGHTILY STRENGTHENED (5 prayers)

To be powerfully strengthened

Father, according to the riches of Your glory, I pray that You may be strengthened with might by Your Spirit in my inner being. May all the strength that should be within me be granted to me. By Your power, make me robust, vigorous, and unshakeable within. Build in me a strength that nothing can destroy, nothing can break, and nothing can dampen. I receive this infinite and unlimited strength that You offer me today. Strengthened with unlimited power. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Inner and emotional stability

Father, I refuse the spiritual yo-yo. I refuse to constantly go up and down according to my emotions and feelings. Strengthen me in my inner being. May my emotions be stabilized, may my thoughts be anchored. I want to think thoughts of life, victory, joy, strength, and authority. Not thoughts of sadness, defeat, surrender, or fear. Strengthened in my thoughts, my emotions, my words, my attitudes. Strengthened in every way. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Unshakeable, unbreakable, unstoppable

Father, the constant weakness is over. I grasp the strength You offer me according to the riches of Your glory. The resources of strength in You are infinite. There is no limit to the strength You can give. I receive a strength that never capitulates, a dominant, conquering strength that succeeds in all of life's trials, a strength that holds. Make me unshakeable, unbreakable, unstoppable. May I become someone who never falters again. In Jesus' name. Amen.

End of the game of weakness

Father, You say to me today, “It’s okay, we can move on.” My eternal game of weakness is over. You have already strengthened me. I stop the old reflexes that cause me to play the victim. I refuse to use my fragility to manipulate others. I choose to let the Holy Spirit strengthen me and free those around me from walking on eggshells with me. I am strong. I can handle it now. I stand. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Fortified to stand firm

Father, thank You for the living testimony of the strength You give. Everything that was unleashed against me—Your strength came against those attacks. Your strength within allowed me to stand; Your power without annihilated them. I receive an unshakeable, impenetrable strength, a strength that holds when everything comes against me. For if I do not falter, I will never lose the battles in my life again. Strengthened with immense power. In Jesus' name. Amen.

III. ROOTED IN LOVE (4 prayers)

Rooted and grounded in love

Father, I pray that I may be rooted and grounded in love, deeply rooted in the love of Christ. Firmly established in love. May my whole life be founded on the revelation, the assurance, the certainty of Christ's love for me. This is the foundation of my existence. May all these feelings of rejection, of not fitting in, disappear, because I am rooted and grounded in the love of Christ. In Jesus' name. Amen.

To know the love of Christ

Father, I want to know the love of Christ fully. Not just intellectual knowledge, but practical, experiential knowledge. May I understand with all the saints the breadth, length, depth, and height of Christ's love. This love is infinite—I will never be able to understand it all, but I want to understand it to the fullest. I want to know it, live it, experience it, and manifest it. This is the Christian life. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Living by the love of Christ

Father, may my life be dedicated to Christ because of His love. I serve Him because I love Him. I preach because I love Him. I evangelize because I love Him. I pray because I love Him. I wake up in the morning because I love Him and He has a plan for my life. It's all because I love Him and because He loves me. Because He loves me, I have peace, I have joy, I have life. Because He loves me, I obey Him, I do His will, I am reconciled to the Father. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Love in return

Father, because I am loved, I love. I preach because I love. I love the lost. I love my brothers and sisters. I love the Church. I love God's work. I love God's people. I love Christ's mission. I love my life—this life consecrated to God. Because You have loved me, because I love You, and because I love those who love You and those who do not yet know You. May my life be rooted in love, may my life be founded in love. In Jesus' name. Amen.

IV. FILLED WITH THE FULLNESS OF GOD (4 prayers)

Flooded with God Himself

Father, I want to be filled with all the fullness of God. I want the richest measure of Your divine presence. I want to be completely filled and flooded with God Himself. Flooded with Your person, flooded with Your presence, flooded with the revelation of Your person. May I be completely saturated, filled, and flooded with You. I receive this extraordinary reality that the greatest measure of God can dwell within me. Fill me with all Your fullness. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Christ dwells in me by faith

Father, I receive through the Holy Spirit the awareness that Christ dwells in me. May I have assurance, certainty, and firmness. I am not alone. I am not isolated. I am not abandoned. Jesus Himself is with me. In me. By faith. This awareness that I am not going forward alone, but that Christ dwells in my heart, fills me with strength and peace. I believe and receive this reality. In Jesus' name. Amen.

God-filled generation

Father, the cry of our hearts is for a generation filled with God. A generation that knows the love of Christ, that lives the love of Christ, that is mightily strengthened in the inner man and that is filled with God, flooded with God. In our churches, men and women filled with God. In our families, people filled with God. With the richest measure of Your presence inside us. A generation flooded with God. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Saying yes to fullness

Father, I stop resisting like a child who says “no, no, no.” I am torn, I have my own ideas, but today I say YES. Yes to Your will. Yes to Your word. Yes to being filled with all Your fullness. I surrender my own plans. I let go. I allow myself to be led by the Holy Spirit to fully live this life of strength, of power, of infinity, of limitlessness. Unlimited resource, unlimited love, unlimited power. I receive it all. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

V. GLORY TO GOD (3 prayers)

Obsession with the glory of God

Father, place in my heart an obsession with Your glory. Not simply an appreciation, but a holy obsession. May the thirst to glorify You with my thoughts, my words, my existence overcome me. The desire to glorify You, the cry of the heart to glorify You. May this become the obsession of my life: may the Lord be magnified, may the Lord be glorified. May I glorify You constantly with my thoughts, my words, my life, my choices, my attitudes. In Jesus' name. Amen.

To the One who can do infinitely more

Father, I come to thank You. You are the One who, by Your power at work within us, can do immeasurably more than all we ask or think. I refuse to limit Your possibilities in my life. Whatever is in accordance with Your will, I ask now. I do not limit myself. I do not doubt. You can do immeasurably more. I present my requests without restriction, knowing that You are the God of the infinite, the limitless, beyond all I can imagine. In Jesus' name. Amen.
