God has gifted the Church with men and women with special ministries to bless His people and build His Church. These servants of God stand on the front lines, facing sometimes unimaginable challenges. It is essential to pray for them. But how can we do this? Watch this message, the first in the PRAY FOR US series, taught following the prophetic message the Lord gave me for God's servants who are crushed and shattered.
It is he who gave some as apostles, others as prophets, others as evangelists, others as shepherds and teachers12 He did this to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature adult, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. 14 So that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning and cunning in deceitful schemes.

For the church to be built up, leaders must be empowered to act. Thus, the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of God's people is of the utmost importance.
We have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that this wonderful power may be of God, and not of us. 8 We are hard pressed, but not crushed; anxious, but not in despair; 9 persecuted, but not abandoned; cast down, but not destroyed. 10 We always carry around in our body the agony of the Lord Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. 11 For we who live are always being given over to death for Jesus' sake, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our mortal body.

Responsibility amplifies challenges and makes them more specific.
- They face direct opposition because they deliver people
- They face natural and direct opposition as they advance the cause of the kingdom.
- They have to deal with difficult people, difficult minds, and difficult circumstances.
