It's a week happy for Abba House. This is our week 5 to 6. Starting last Sunday and continuing through next Sunday, the church wakes up early every day to pray from 5:00 to 6:00. We pray for our nation, we pray for the church, we pray for specific people we want to see connected to God. We lose a little sleep, but it's worth it.
I'm having a great time, my prayer times have gained momentum. Of course, I wake up an hour earlier than my usual wake-up and prayer time, and sometimes it feels like 3 hours earlier, but it's okay! Oddly enough, I always wake up before the alarm goes off, and some nights, most of the time I'm not asleep, I pray in my mind. Something is definitely brewing.
I love to pray. When, as a young convert, I received the baptism in the Holy Spirit, I went home, found myself alone in the house, and spent the afternoon praying in tongues. It lasted for hours and I discovered a new world of spiritual dynamism that was previously unknown to me. I was in heaven. Then, I joined a church where prayer meetings were held every day of the week, and anyone could come any day to pray. I did not deprive myself of it. Since then, prayer has become an essential aspect of my life, with varying degrees of intensity over the years.
I love training people in prayer. Everyone can pray powerfully and wonderfully. Some are lazy and never succeed, some are passive, others ignorant. I want to be neither. When we have a church building, it will be open for prayer, morning and evening. Those who want to can come early in the morning before going to work to pray, and in the evening they can also gather together to pray.
It will be a privilege for me to see Abba House become an assembly of people who love the company of God, who love to listen to Him and talk to Him. And from 5 to 6 a.m. this week, we all enjoy His company togetherAnyone who wants to start later will naturally be out of the game. On the other hand, those who started at 5 a.m. can continue beyond 6 a.m.; I do this systematically, an hour is not long.
In this way we offer God a symphony, we build the unity of the church, we indicate our desire to see Him act in our midst as a body by raising our voices at the same time, in different places, towards our Father. What magnificence!!

I would like to come back to our 5 to 6; what happiness! I had a lot of trouble getting started, I used the alarm clock and I began to pray heavily. Then finally my body took to it. I no longer need an alarm clock to present myself before the Lord in the morning. And I sometimes wake up much more and obviously I start to pray. But 6 a.m. is the end; I invite anyone who reads this comment to try the 5 to 6, I assure you it is an excellent day guaranteed.
