Friday, another wonderful day in the kingdom. I was supposed to have lunch with an old friend who was passing through. I arrived late at the restaurant, the kitchen was closing, and we were offered a salad, which I accepted. In the end, I was the only one eating because my two companions had just had a hearty (late) breakfast and were therefore content with
