One day, during a deliverance session, I approached a young woman and perceived something surprising about her. Surprising because I had known her for some time and nothing in her manner or even in her natural circumstances could indicate such a possibility. But I knew that I had clearly heard the Holy Spirit. I told her that I perceived suicidal spirits in her. She answered yes and then told me her story. A young girl from a good family, loved and pampered, she was haunted all her life by thoughts of suicide.
It seemed logical to her to take her own life because she hadn't chosen life; it had been imposed on her. She was withdrawn, taciturn, while praying to God in a corner. After her conversion, her thoughts had disappeared, and she had never spoken about it. But when I prayed for her, God changed her story and her outlook. The shame disappeared, and for the first time, she was able to speak about it. She shares her story to glorify God and to offer hope to young people who might be struggling with the same difficulty.
