Theme: Soul Winners
We are at 9th Today is the day of the 21 Days of Fasting and Prayer. What a grace we have experienced so far. God's faithfulness has carried us through. But the best is yet to come. After consecration, revelation, repentance, and intimacy, we address a theme dear to God's heart: making disciples for our Lord. From today on, this will be included in our daily topics. Let us be determined to rescue souls from hell this year.
- Beneficiaries: You yourself – the Church and its members – all those whom God will integrate into the Church this year.
- Mode: Prayer in French and then in tongues each time. End with thanksgiving.
1. Make me an effective soul winner
Matthew 9:35-38 New International Version (NIV)35 Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness. 36 When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were wounded and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. 37 Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. 38 Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest.”
Father, in the name of Jesus
- I commit myself to being a laborer in the harvest. Make me an effective soul winner.
- Give me/us Jesus' compassion for lost souls. Break our hearts for others.
- Disturb our peace, that we are consumed by the desire to win souls for Jesus, constantly
- Raise up in ABBA HOUSE harvest workers this year who will bear fruit leading to a dramatic increase in the Church.
2. Let the Word spread
Acts 6:7 New International Version (NIV) 7 As the word of God spread more and more, the number of disciples in Jerusalem increased greatly, and a large number of priests were obeying the faith.
Father in the name of Jesus
- We ask for your grace that Your Word taught at ABBA HOUSE may spread more and more this year.
- We ask that it bear fruit and that there be a multiplication of disciples at ABBA HOUSE.
- May everyone experience a breakthrough in their individual evangelism.
3. Opens doors
1 Corinthians 16:8-9 New International Version (NIV)8 However, I will remain in Ephesus until Pentecost, 9 because the door has been opened wide for effective work, and there are many adversaries.
Father, in the name of Jesus
- Open doors for us to preach Your Word, grant us favor. Dispose of hearts, authorities, and circumstances.
- Multiply the channels for disseminating Your Word – websites, networks, television, writings, stands
- Release Your power on all these channels of evangelism – websites, networks, television, writings so that a multitude may come to settle in ABBA HOUSE this year.
- Bring and establish skilled and committed workers with a passion for souls and bless the work of their hands.
4. The power of God
Romans 15:18-19 The New International Version (NIV) 18 For I speak only of what Christ has accomplished through me in bringing about obedience among the Gentiles, through my words and deeds, 19 through his power in signs and wonders, through the power of the Spirit of God. So that from Jerusalem to Illyricum,[a] I have spread the gospel of Christ everywhere.
Father in the name of Jesus,
- Accomplish exploits through us this year in word and deed.
- Manifest Your power in miracles, signs and wonders to bring conviction to the hearts of the lost and a multitude to ABBA HOUSE.
- We ask for the power of the Holy Spirit to draw hearts to You and convict of sin, righteousness, and judgment, so that you may multiply disciples in this church this year.
5. Divine Direction and Encounters
Acts 8:26 New International Version (NIV)26 An angel of the Lord spoke to Philip, saying, “Get up and go south to the deserted road that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.”
Father, in the name of Jesus
- Powerfully release your angels into our harvest field to work with us for an effective harvest this year.
- Grant me/us divine encounters that will lead to the conversion of a multitude and the growth of the Church
6. Give us 1000 souls
Exodus 1:7 New International Version (NIV) 7 The Israelites had children and multiplied; they became very numerous and powerful, until they filled the land.
Father, in the name of Jesus
- This year we ask you for 1000 souls.
- Open the understanding of every child of ABBA HOUSE to grasp this vision.
- Mobilize every person at ABBA HOUSE and every department to make this evangelistic goal effective.
