For two weeks we have been talking about the Holy Spirit Abba House and we will continue for several weeks, there is reason! In any case, I am a happy preacher. There are subjects that fascinate you and that you discuss with the greatest joy while feeling totally incapable of doing so.
One of the greatest wonders of God's revelation is the person of God the Holy Spirit. The promise of Jesus, who does not usually lie, is that He will be in us and empower us, thus doing extraordinary things through ordinary men.
Ordinary men, like those who abound in the pages of the Bible; in the Old as in the New, characters with nothing to recommend them, marked and changed their generation; and this because the Spirit of God came upon them and transformed them.
Gideon was clothed, enveloped in the Holy Spirit, and he went from being a fearful coward to a mighty warrior. Moreover, God, knowing what He could do with Gideon, already saw him as a mighty hero. The same goes for Moses, Joshua, Jephthah, Othniel, David, Samuel, Eli, Isaiah, Micah, Bezalel, Zechariah, Azariah, and so many others.
God called the conqueror they would become, empowered by His Spirit. The Holy Spirit broke down barriers, disregarded obstacles, and gave them a new name, a new perspective, a new message, and propelled them into a new dimension. Come, Holy Spirit!
He does the same today. 'You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be...' Jesus said. There is a 'becoming' before every man and woman who embraces the Holy Spirit. When He comes, He makes you something other than what you are, in accordance with the heart of God.
For me he is a great friend, no disrespect to him
I call him friend because that's what I feel in his presence.
He never gets tired, the number of people he has convinced since that day when he manifested himself among men, so that their lives would be transformed, is enormous.
Never a day off, never lacking, always on top, I love his presence and when I move away from him, very quickly I feel like I'm lost in the crowd.
So I quickly look within myself for that place where I meet him because what is wonderful is that he does not leave me, he lives in me and in all of you!
I am in communion with the Father through Jesus and led in this relationship by the power of my friend, the Holy Spirit!!!

I am an “ordinary” person (this is nothing new). I have been clothed with the Spirit (Jesus promised it and He did it!). My name is added to the list of men through whom the power of God has been manifested. It is SYSTEMATIC!!!
Oh Yes! “STUNNING”!!!

You have to be “blind” not to see what God is doing, what His Spirit is capable of making us do…And yet, being “blind” doesn’t give us any credit!
Indeed, in some accounts from the 4 Gospels, even though they could not see the wonders that Jesus performed in the places He visited (He was filled with the Holy Spirit), the blind could hear about them... These men “who could not see” could “hear” and therefore “believe”. The main thing is that these men did not deprive themselves of the powerful intervention of the Spirit of God who rested upon Jesus. They cried out to Him and asked for His intervention! Now, my question is this: ordinary men, can you allow a blind man to regain his sight? Can you do it without the intervention of the Spirit?
The article in question here mentions it so well: Jesus, when leaving, promised us the Holy Spirit, and describes it, among other things, as “a power” Wow!!!

God has faith. Jesus recommended us in the Gospel of Mark chapter 11 (verses 22 to 24) to have faith in God, the faith of God. This faith which is capable of “creating”, of bringing into existence what does not exist…
And even more, to move what is not in the “right” place, regardless of the height, thickness, width and size of the thing…Hmmm, this makes you think…
After this good meditation on the published article, here are my last words: “USE ME, Lord!!!” (we usually say in French: “Here I am, Lord. Send me”)
A prayer for all who believe that He is “real,” for if He “IS” and has done all these things, frequently seen (if one is not blind) and heard of, one can abandon oneself to Him blindly, like a blind man…
The results will necessarily be “more than ordinary”: He is an EXTRAORDINARY God!!!
